Nigeria Vs South Africa Preview: Head To Head, Possible Line Up & Kick Off Time

Boss of the Super Eagles Gernot Rohr is set to name with his trusted starting XI for the crucial 2019 Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against South Africa.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will on Saturday, June 10 take on South Africa in Uyo in the matchday one of the 2019 AFCON qualifiers.

Ahead of the game, Rohr might stick with his starting XI he used for the 3-0 win over Togo in a friendly game played on Friday, June 2. Just two changes will be made to that starting XI.
Goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi who has recovered from a knock and will replace Ikechukwu Ezenwa's place in goal while stand-in captain Ogenyi Onazi will start instead of Mikel Agu.

That would mean that Chidozie Awaziem will partner William Troost-Ekong in central defence leaving Super Eagles regular Kenneth Omeruo on the bench.

Omeruo was not part of the Super Eagles squad for the friendly games against Corsica and Togo. He only arrived camp on Tuesday.
