Juventus Looking To Give A Way Out For Wantaway Algerian

Juventus are the latest club to show an interest in Leicester winger Riyad Mahrez.

The Italian champions have the Algerian in their sights as a potential alternative in case they are unable to agree a deal with Bayern Munich for Douglas Costa.

Mahrez has called on Leicester to honour an agreement to allow him to leave the club this summer. Chelsea are monitoring his situation while Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has expressed his admiration for the 26-year-old.

Spurs, however, have already rejected the chance to sign him and retain an interest in Mahrez’s team-mate Demarai Gray.

Mauricio Pochettino is a long-time admirer of the 20-year-old who is understood to be unsettled at Leicester.

The north Londoners, however, have been put off Gray’s £22million release clause.

Gray, a £3.5million signing from Birmingham in January, is unhappy at his lack of first-team action and is considering his future with the Foxes.
