French Giants PSG Set To Land Gabonese International

Just hours after it was reported that he had bought a new house in the Parisian suburb of Neuilly-sur-Seine, Pierre Emerick Aubameyang is on the verge of a move to Paris Saint Germain.

Reports in France have today suggested that PSG have agreed a €70 million fee for the Borussia Dortmund forward.

The 27-year-old will pick up a reported £8.75m annual salary at the Ligue 1 side. He is also expected to pick up a £5m signing-on fee.

The news comes just a day after Dortmund sacked manager Thomas Tuchel from his post.

Despite winning the DFB Cup against Eintracht Frankfurt in a 2-1 victory on Saturday - the clubs first trophy in five years - Tuchel was relieved of his duties.

Aubameyang has been one of Europe's best strikers in the last few years.

He finished with 31 goals in 31 starts in the league this season, picking up the Bundesliga Golden Boot award. He also scored seven in eight European games.

Several clubs have reportedly chased the striker's signature in recent months, but it looks like PSG have finally got their man.
