West Ham Look To Bring Nigerian Striker To The Olympic Stadium

West Ham United are keen on signing Watford’s Nigerian striker Isaac Success, according to a representative of the player.

Success moved to England after spells in Italy and Spain. The former Udinese youth player joined Granada in 2014 and the 21-year-old was widely regarded as one of the most exciting young strikers in Europe.

The forward has become frustrated with his lack of game time at Vicarage Road, despite only joining the Hornets last season.

Success' former youth team coach Douglas Idahosa has stated that the Nigerian has attracted interest ahead of the transfer window.

“It is true that West Ham are interested in signing Isaac Success.

“If he is not promised first team opportunities he will move before the window closes.”

The Nigerian moved to Watford for a club-record £12.75m last summer but the striker has been rarely used by Walter Mazzarri this season, completing a total of just 503 minutes of Premier League football.
